Much of this work was for clients in the rentable trailer industry, including Willscot and Atco.

This is a standard repair that we do often for Willscot, Atco and others. Couplers are often getting beat up in their industry and we are called in to replace the couplers so they can rent out the trailer again.

Pictured here is the before and after of the replacement of a 60′ I-beam on a trailer. Here the I-beam was bent in and we were called in. Included in the repair was adding outside support on both sides that weren’t added originally but are normally standard on the trailers used by this particular client. Not pictured is the other side which was badly bent, the middle support beams that were badly bent underneath, and the addition of another axle due to this trailer being over loaded.

The first 3 pictures show the replacement made on a trailer where the beams were bent and the strength integrity has been compromised. For this reason, we were asked to replace it.

The 4th and 5th pictures are more images of the 60′ I-beam before and after being replaced.

The 6th, 7th, 9th-10th pictures are the before and after of another job where the hitch was damaged and needed replacement. This included the coupler and completely new I-beams.
